Ladybug missing in Nanuet, NY has been safely captured after a harrowing four days on the run!! Her capture was definitely a challenge to say the least, but she is safe and found and we are on the way to the vet right now! š
Ladybug was incredibly trap savvy and would not enter any traditional traps. I had her routine down pat and knew her every cut through. This morning at 4am I headed out and built an enclosed area within the tall thicket where she would be sighted darting through. It had to be built so she could not see any change in the environment what so ever. It was a matter of outsmarting her. At 8am she appeared like clockwork and when she darted in, the hidden door that I I rigged slam shut and she was finally safe. #gotcha
