Lady had been missing for a week when we were contacted. We began working with the owner and in less than twenty four hours we were able to locate Lady. We advised the owner to immediately send out a Lost My Doggie call alert using our phone number so we could take any sightings while he was away for work. The call alert went out yesterday evening and this morning we received a call by a kennel worker who had received the alert. Lady was picked up three days ago by a police officer, not far from where she went missing and brought to the pound. They scanned the microchip this morning and confirmed it was Lady.
***Lady was found three days ago but her microchip was not scanned until today, after they received our call alert. Had she been scanned sooner it would have alleviated a lot of heartache and led to a faster reunion.
