A consultation is the essential first step in the search for your missing pet.
One of the most common misunderstandings in lost pet recovery is relying on your pet’s usual behavior and personality. When a pet goes missing, their behavior often changes dramatically due to fear, stress, or disorientation. Recognizing and adjusting to these behavioral changes is critical to bringing your pet home safely.
Time is of the essence. The sooner an effective, informed strategy is put into place, the better your chances of a successful reunion. Whether your pet just went missing or has been gone for an extended period, a consultation helps ensure your search efforts are focused, strategic, and results-driven.
What to Expect from Your Consultation
We understand how overwhelming and heartbreaking it is to lose a pet. Our goal is to help you take control of the situation and move forward with clarity and purpose.
During your phone consultation, we will:
• Review the circumstances surrounding your pet’s disappearance
• Provide an overview of expected lost pet behavior and how it may differ from what you’re used to
• Develop a customized, strategic action plan based on your specific case
• Use aerial mapping tools to guide poster placement and assess likely travel routes
• Identify gaps in your current efforts (if your pet has been missing for some time) and offer new approaches to reenergize the search
• Provide guidance to avoid wasting valuable time and money on ineffective search methods
Consultations typically last 30–45 minutes and offer actionable insights, expert guidance, and a clear path forward. Please have a notebook and pen ready to take notes.
Before Your Appointment
Once your consultation is booked, you’ll receive a link to an Information Request Form.
This form must be completed prior to your scheduled call so we can properly prepare for your consultation.
Important Policies
• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of two hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or canceled with less than two hours’ notice are nonrefundable.
• Service Limitations: The consultation fee does not include on-site surveillance, capture, or recovery services. On-site services are subject to availability and location and can be discussed during your consultation.
