Rocky missing in Nyack, NY is safe and reunited after two days on the run!!
Tonight we had just finished setting up feeding stations when I spotted Rocky trotting through the cemetery.
We quickly ran to set the trap. While we were waiting, we were alerted by a cemetery worker that Rocky was down below sniffing around.
We drove back down keeping a good distance away. I stopped and turned off my car and instructed Rockys dad, Eric to get out and sit down and softly talk to him. Rocky spotted his dad and was cautious at first and still very unsure. Eric remained calm and did an amazing job luring him over.
It’s so incredible to see the moment when they come out survival mode and finally recognize their family.
