Ten days of running came to an end last night for Finn in Cold Spring, NY!!
This big boy was running a five mile circle in coyote infested woods and neighborhoods.
To make matters worse he had just had major surgery and needed to be home healing.
The community was amazing with calling in sightings and the Altmann family never gave up.
Nothing is more rewarding than when I can make that call to a family to say “I got him!” Through screams and tears of joy, to hear the relief these families go through after experiencing such an exhaustive rollercoaster ride of emotions is something I can’t even put in words.
