Muskrat

Posted by Nicole Asher on

Muskrat, a Pets Alive Westchester rescue came from a hoarding situation. She escaped after moments of arriving at her newly adopted home. There were no sightings of Muskrat for over a month, when we were contacted we recommended a poster campaign and hanging posters in strategically placed areas. Those posters paid off when finally received a possible sighting, we immediately went out and set up a feeding station. Sure enough, we had Muskrat on camera two nights later at 11pm and safely trapped by 1:50am ! Muskrat is now safe after 42 days on the run in Rock Tavern and Washingtonville, NY. Never underestimate the little ones!!
