Mini

Posted by Nicole Asher on

Mini, a new rescue who bolted within minutes of arriving at her new home, has been safely captured after five days on the run through the woods in Newburgh, NY.

From the direction of travel Mini took upon bolting and reviewing the aerial mapping, the highest probability of travel was quickly mapped out. A poster campaign was in place to generate public awareness and strategically placed feeding stations monitored by cameras were set up. Sure enough, within hours Mini showed at the feeding station and was on camera along a dirt road off quad trails in the woods. Traps were immediately set and before sunrise Mini was safely captured and reunited with her very worried mother.
