Penelope who went missing from a car accident on May 19th has been safely captured in Lisbon, CT after 12 days. There were no sightings for a week, we were contacted on Saturday and did a broad poster campaign and by Monday we got the sighting we needed to bring Penny home last night. Welcome Home Penny!!!
