Lottie

Lottie a new rescue, is safe after three days on the run. She was able to escape from the vehicle she was in on her way to being spayed.

Lottie was traveling a very busy, dangerous route 53 in Bethel, CT. We immediately set a feeding station and she showed up on camera that late that first night. Once we had her on camera a trap was then set. Although very curious, Lottie seemed to know what  the trap was and would not go in. I then made the drive from New York to Bethel, CT and set up our large custom enclosure for trap savvy dogs. Monitoring her movement from three different cell cameras, it was apparent that she was acutely aware of the door. Slowly but surely through the course of the night we watched via camera as she made baby steps in. By 12:36am she was captured and safe and on her way home!
