Earlier this week I was contacted about a shepherd that was seen being dumped off the NJ Turnpike in Newark about a month ago. Tonight he was safely trapped and is now in the care of the officer who contacted me. He was wearing a K9 Unit collar but he is not a police dog, he is not chipped or neutered. Thank you Tim Hart for reaching out to me to get this boy to safety.
