Marty - The Washingtonville, Blooming Grove, NY Stray

Posted by Nicole Asher on

I received a call from a woman who saw a post on Facebook regarding a stray beagle on the run for approximately a month in Washingtonville/ Blooming Grove, NY. He was running a seven mile span and deemed uncatchable. We received a sighting this morning and he was on the move again over six miles away from the last sighting, within two hours team BDRR had him safely captured. He is on his way to the vet where he will be scanned for chip and placed on a stray hold. Thank you to all who posted sightings and to Martha for reaching out to get this sweet boy help. He is now in the loving care of Second Chance Pet Adoption League where he will remain through his stray hold and until he finds his forever family.
