Jake in Chester, NJ has been safely captured.
Only at his new home for moments he pulled away with his leash still attached. He was chased out of the area and crossed a very dangerous route 206. Once people stopped chasing and pursuing him, it allowed him to calm down and settle.
A trap was set this morning and within four hours he was safely captured!
