Captain/ Rowayton Stray

Does anyone recognize this sweet boy? He has been running in Norwalk/ Rowayton, CT for the past 4 days, he was safely captured by BDRR today. We have named him Captain.If anyone recognizes him please contact me directly at info@thebuddhadog.com
