Zeus

Zeus missing in Franklin Lakes, NJ has been safely captured after six days on the run, traveling approximately 2.5 miles.

Poster coverage was expanded and we started receiving sightings last night. Today we received another sighting with ring video confirmation. He was on the run through out a neighborhood that backed up to dangerous 287. I asked the volunteers from FOWA to go over and go door to door and explain to the residents not to approach. While there one of the volunteers saw him. I immediately headed up and set up the trap. He was huddled up against the 287 wall barrier. One false move and it could have been disastrous.

Once he was allowed to calm down down and every one left the area, he made his way up the embankment, following the scent of liquid smoke and a bread crumb trail of tiny pieces of hot dogs that led directly to the trap. We held our breath and watched as he circled the trap and eventually went in to safety!!! Welcome back little guy, you are Safe & Found!!
